Clive Bury

 Clive is the heart of Bury’s Slipway. Having spent his entire life on the Gippsland Lakes, boats have always been part of his world. Growing up on the shores of Bancroft Bay, he learned wooden boat repairs at his father’s knee, developing a lifelong connection to heritage and timber vessels. His local knowledge runs deep, and he takes great pleasure in sharing his skills and stories with others. Strongly community-focused, Clive has given many years of volunteer service to the CFA and local Landcare.  When he's not on the Lakes, he enjoys spending his time travelling, singing with the Nowa Nowa Men's Choir, tending to his garden and sharing quality time with family.
